The program hosted two events in partnership with , as part of their initiative.
In the first event, participants created : cost-effective, 3D printed accessibility switches.
For many, it was their first time learning how to solder.
During the second event, participants learned about and were able to test and play with different adaptive set ups.
Attendees then worked in groups to build adapted .
The switches and dice spinners made at these events were shared with Alberta Health Services’ Lethbridge Community Therapeutic Recreation team. Members of the team also came out and attended both events to learn more about Makers Making Change and Agility.
