鈥淭he [Makers Making Change] mission aligns so well with Shepherd鈥檚 mission, it just seemed like a really natural fit,鈥澛爏ays chapter leader Kristen Webber, a dual spinal cord and brain injury specialist and currently an Inpatient Therapy Manager in Sheperd鈥檚 Spinal Cord Injury Unit.

Fort St John Chapter Making a Big Impact in Their Community and Beyond

Since fall, Makers Making Change has sent over 50 demo kits 鈥 containing a variety of 3D printed assistive devices 鈥 to targeted hospitals, rehab centres, libraries, and programs that work with people with disabilities throughout Canada. In all, over 450 devices have been delivered through the kits.
