鈥淚鈥檓 called up to the till quite often to be a cashier, and most of the time I clearly hear customers while I鈥檓 on till, even though both of us are wearing masks and there鈥檚 plexiglass between us 鈥 that gives me confidence. When they call me for till, I don鈥檛 have any anxiety 鈥 鈥榳hat happens if I don鈥檛 hear them?鈥 I don鈥檛 have that. That鈥檚 huge for me.鈥

George had been working in retail in Victoria and was looking forward to starting a second job, a work from home position as an accessibility tester for digital products. But he needed the right equipment to start his new job.
