Lynn is passionate about caring for seniors, with extensive experience working with clients in independent living homes. Now, she wants to continue working with seniors and performing respite care services as an entrepreneur in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
This Mother鈥檚 Day, we wanted to share the story of Lisa, a mother of three children in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, who joined our Digital Jumpstart program to brush up on her computer skills to maintain employment.
Steve works as a paralegal in the Lower Mainland. The job is front-facing and services-oriented 鈥 he is responsible for producing documents for lawyers that clients need, as well as interacting with clients. He also has hearing loss.
Now, Randy is looking for part-time work again, and needed to update his computer skills and equipment to assist in his job search. He joined Digital Jumpstart.
While many occupational therapists use Makers Making Change designs in their practice, many OTs also volunteer with MMC 鈥 some even lead chapters.
