In 2013, Lorne suffered a fall which resulted in a broken back and severe brain trauma. The ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï51’s Computer Comfort program helped him re-learn how to use a computer and now he gives back to others.
Zorica has a learning disability, but enjoys her independence. She came to the ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï51’s Computer Comfort program with a clear goal in mind — to secure a job.
After years of hard work, long-time friend of the ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï51, Amelia, is overjoyed to receive her Bachelor of Arts at SFU.
Darcy, a student at the University of Victoria, used his background in education to help people with disabilities, both in the job market and on the computer.
