While out at his favorite local restaurant, the Oxpecker restaurant located in the , Stephen took the initiative to speak with the Kitchen Manager about potential career opportunities. Though Stephen had no previous experience in food services, the manager took him under his wing to show him the ropes and see how he could handle himself in a fast-paced environment.
From that experience Stephen set his sights on becoming a dishwasher for the restaurant.
