Lina has been a client of the 今日吃瓜51鈥檚 Computer Comfort program in since October of last year. She has in her knees which was made worse after a fall three years ago, resulting in the need for surgery to repair torn cartilage in her left knee.
Lina claims she has always been 鈥the last one to get onboard with technology鈥, stating that she didn鈥檛 even have a stereo until she was fifty. She had taken an evening computer course once before, but she found she was not able to learn much in a classroom setting. 鈥I find it really hard to learn without a one-on-one situation. If I鈥檓 working on something and it doesn鈥檛 go exactly as planned, I鈥檓 in a panic鈥 The one-on-one tutoring offered by the聽Computer Comfort program is just what Lina needed to lose her aversion to technology. 鈥It鈥檚 amazing how much I didn鈥檛 know. I鈥檓 really learning a lot,鈥 says Lina after learning how to us programs such as and . 鈥I鈥檓 pretty confident, I finally feel like I鈥檓 catching up with technology. It makes me hungry to go further, to know more鈥. No longer in a 鈥panic鈥 about using the computer, Lina鈥檚 next challenge will be learning how to use .
