Having a job is a basic right everyone has; unfortunately, people with disabilities are often marginalized when employment opportunities emerge due to a lack of understanding about their abilities and capacities.
People with disabilities can perform just as well as any other person when they are presented with a suitable opportunity and the right support.
Neil Squire is offering employers the opportunity to experience the benefits of hiring someone with a disability through our Creative Employment Options Program. Wage subsidies are available to employers who hire people with disabilities, providing them with part-time or full-time employment, and the opportunity of long-term employment, allowing employers to experience a positive business case and inclusive working environment.
