When he heard about the work of the ½ρΘΥ³ΤΉΟ51 he decided to give it a chance. He started out doing his grade 12 math credit and soon followed that up by joining the Employ-Ability program in .
While in the Employ-Ability program, Darrell updated his resume and learned about time management, stress management, nutrition, patience, and gained βa greater understanding of myself and others with disabilities.β
βMentally, I get frustrated and suffer from fatigue due to the way my mind works.β says Darrell. β½ρΘΥ³ΤΉΟ51 helped me accept these limitations and how to succeed despite them. They helped me see my strengths and how to work with them.β
Darrell plans to enroll in further education to upgrade his skills. He would like to work in the field of computer repair and programming. βThis is an excellent program and I would encourage others to enroll and participate,β says Darrell. βIt has helped me find my way.β
