With optimism keeping Elaine on her feet, no obstacle can get in the way. Elaine is a unique individual who has a very rare autoimmune disease called Neuromyelitis Optica.

It has been a win-win situation for all. It gives me pride when giving back to the community, integrating ourselves, and developing a sense of belonging.鈥
